Business Development Representative (BDR)
Overview:
Are you ready to make your mark in the fast-growing real estate tech industry? At KeyPleaz, we’re transforming how real estate professionals manage their business with our cutting-edge platform. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a key role in driving our expansion by building strong relationships with brokerages, property management companies, and agents. Join our dynamic team and grow your career with a company that’s on the rise. Real estate experience is a plus, but your ambition and sales skills are what will set you apart!
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social media, using scripts and personalizing follow-ups within 24 hours.

Client Communication: Understand client needs and present KeyPleaz’s value proposition clearly to decision-makers.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and schedule product demos or meetings with the CEO using Calendly.

CRM Management: Maintain detailed records in Zoho CRM, prioritize outreach, and track performance metrics.

KPI Tracking: Review KPIs regularly to monitor outreach, conversion rates, and progress toward goals.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or voicemails to boost outreach effectiveness.

Team Collaboration: Share insights with sales/marketing teams, update materials, and align outreach with team goals.

Stay Informed: Keep updated on KeyPleaz products, industry trends, and best practices to handle questions and objections.
Qualifications:

Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate is highly preferred.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas, especially in real estate.

Phone Proficiency: Strong phone skills with the ability to spend 80-90% of the day on calls.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Zoho CRM, Multiple Listing Services (MLS), and Microsoft Office.

Self-Motivation: Goal-driven, able to work independently, and committed to hitting targets.
Compensation:

Base Salary: $40,000 per year.

Bonus: Performance-based, rewarding you for meeting sales targets.
